Avocado Toast

My favorite snack/meal! Super healthy and good for you. It's also really filling :)
Ingredients: 1-2 kale leaves, 1 avocado, lemon juice, 1 garlic clove, salt and pepper, Cayenne pepper, whole wheat bread (I love Dave's Killer Bread)
Rip the kale leaves into bite sized pieces
Squeeze about a teaspoon to a tablespoon of lemon juice (this will break down the waxy-ness of the kale leaves) and massage the leaves until they're somewhat soft
Scoop out the avocado
And mash, add the garlic (minced), salt and peppers
Spread on toasted whole wheat bread (love Dave's Killer Bread) and top with a squeeze of lemon juice!
