How to Stay Happy and Healthy During Finals

...Or at least stay healthy...

But in all seriousness it's super important to stay healthy (and try to stay happy) during finals! Here are some top tips to keep up with finals:
  1. Drink lots of water, super important to keep your mind and body going! If you find plain water boring go for infused water! My favorite is cucumber, lemon and mint!
  2. Keep some HEALTHY snacks around. Emphasis on healthy. It's important to have brain food and if you really want to give yourself feel good food that will improve your performance, you need to try to maintain a healthy diet. Here are some awesome recipes from blogilates (love her!) Another great thing about her recipes is that they're easy, and by having to make these recipes it gives you time to take a short break and actually make the snack.
  3. Try the Pomodoro Method. This method is supposed to help you with time management and keep you efficient!

  4. Make time for exercise, even if it is just a walk outside. The fresh air and movement will really help you clear your mind and give you more energy. If you can't go outside try some blogilates or Tone It UP workouts!

  5. For when you have no idea what to wear, here's some inspiration for fashion forward outfits featuring joggers! (Heels not necessary)
