The Lazy Girl's Salad

I love cooking and baking! But let's be real, sometimes you just don't have time for preheating, stewing and all that junk. So here is the ultimate healthy and lazy girl's salad!
4-5 kale leaves
Juice of half a lime
Drizzle of EVOO
A handful of cherry tomatoes
1 whole avocado, cubed
salt and pepper

Rip up your kale leaves, add in the lime and massage the kale to break down its waxy texture. After about a minute or two, add in the EVOO, tomatoes, avocado, salt and pepper. You're done!
